EPSI Tax Service has been providing professional Tax Services and Electronic Filing Services since 1995.  My name is Jeffery A. Kenner and I am an Enrolled Agent and I have been preparing tax returns since 1988.  In 1995, I opened Empire Professional Services Inc., a full service retail tax business that offered all of the same services that you might find at an HR Block, or Jackson Hewitt.  We offered professional Tax Preparation Service at a discounted price and free electronic filing.  After three years we rebranded our company as EPSI Tax Service for better name recognition and to better represent what we do.  We kept our retail tax business in operation until 2012.  At that time, I decided that I would work as a single person office in a non-retail environment.  I am limiting my business to around 200 clients and work by appointment so I can provide my customers with service without the interruptions that may occur in a retail environment that is on a walk in basis.  I still offer complete Tax Preparation and Planning Service including Electonic Filing, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service.  I offer bank products allowing you to file your tax return and have your preparation fees taken from the proceeds of you tax refund.
